Labor collective, previously part of the ArcelorMittal Temirtau staff, was both retained in full strength, and was also supplemented with new employees.
At the time of transfer to outsourcing on October 1, 2015, 99 people were in the staff of the Slag Processing Unit. By early 2016, the number of employees has doubled. All social benefits have been preserved for the employees, while the Collective Agreement with “Zhaktau” which is the Trade Union organization of metallurgists of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC is still in force.
We treat each employee of the Company with care and attention. In order to increase labor productivity and increase the level of professional competence, we regularly conduct training for employees of all units and services. We pay special attention to occupational safety.
