Agreement for personal data processing

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V “On Personal Data and its Protection” and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Law), I give unconditional consent to AlbaStroyDor LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and Third parties, i.e. to persons related, both now and in the future, with the Company, by circumstances or legal relations on collection, processing and protection of my Personal Data, for collection, processing and trans-border transfer, not in breach of the law, in ways regulated by this consent, and in sources, including public, at the discretion of the Company in connection with relations, already existing or arising in the future, contractual and other civil-legal relations, the following Personal data, as well future changes and (or) additions recorded of my personal data, in the electronic, paper and (or) any other tangible medium, including but not limited to:

1. information necessary in case of contractual and (or) other civil law relations, as well as to information necessary for interaction during execution of those, as well as documents and copies of documents confirming specified information: first name, first name, patronymic (if any); citizenship; individual identification number (IIN); identity document details; date and place of birth; information about co-residents; data on social benefits and social status; on measures of social support; portrait image (photo); gender; nationality; signature; bank details (bank account number, name and bank SWIFT); data confirming the right of ownership or other real right to the property, land; information confirming the status of an individual entrepreneur; information about the taxes of an individual entrepreneur (certificate); etc;
2. information to maintain communication, documents and copies of documents confirming the specified information: data on the actual place of residence; information about the address of the place of registration; contact information (phone numbers, email address, etc.); documents confirming the legality of being on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc .;
3. other information at the request of the subject of personal data with which he considers it necessary to acquaint the Company.

The collection, processing and transborder transfer of the personal data of the Subject (about him) by the Company is carried out for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

1. to enter into a service agreement;
2. to conclude a contract for the supply of products;
3. for the conclusion of another civil contract;
4. for registration and registration of persons with whom contractual relations and persons living in the serviced territory are concluded;
5. in the event of the emergence of other civil legal relations with an individual.

I confirm that:

1. This consent applies to all relations with the Company, including those already existing and (or) arising from the granting of this consent, as well as to any others that will arise in the future, and is valid both during the validity of civil law contracts and ( or) other transactions (contracts, agreements, etc.) concluded with the Company, and after the termination of their term within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, necessary for the proper fulfillment by the Company of the rights and obligations, imposed on it by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2. personal data containing the last name, first name, patronymic (if any), contact information (phone numbers, email address, address of residence and registration), portrait image (photo) are publicly accessible, i.e. access to which is free;
3. The Company is entitled to collection, processing and transboundary transmission of Personal Data without the consent of the Subject in the cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. familiarized (a) with the “Provision on the collection, processing and protection of personal data in AlbaStroyDor LLP, establishing the list and procedure for collection and processing of Personal Data and agrees with this procedure;
5. I will not have any claims to the Company regarding collection, processing and cross-border transfer of my Personal data in the future, provided the Company complies with the requirements of the Law and (or) the conditions reached in this agreement;
6. for the purposes of this agreement, capitalized words and phrases shall have the meaning and / or definition regulated by the Law;
7. I have read the text of this consent, I have no additions, comments and objections.
